Embroidery is an upscale look as compared to screen printing. With embroidery it doesn't matter how many colors in the design, 1 or 9 colors of thread is the same price. Set up with embroidery is easier, and less expensive than printing, Especially when it comes to multi-color designs
Disadvantages of Embroidery
The 2 disadvantages of embroidery are sewing very small letters. They just won't come out very sharp, and large designs. On a full back design it can take hours to sew 1 garment.

ABOUT SCREEN PRINTING
|
 NJTees.com has 10 print machines up to 12 colors to provide state of the art printing. In house artists can help create a great design to show off your business or team. Advantages of Screen Printing, Low cost, especially on full size designs. Fast turn around on large orders and a soft feel on tee shirts. Disadvantages of Screen Printing, The biggest disadvantage to screen printing is the high cost of multi-color designs on small orders. When screen printing it takes roughly twice as long to print two colors as it does one. Three time as long to print three colors, etc. Iis not practical to print 4 colors of ink on 36 tee shirts, It is very expensive. Screen charges $50.00 per design up to two colors, over two colors add $10.00 per color. Extensive artwork is extra. |

Check out our low prices on embroidery tapes, only $50.00 for custom left chest or hat size logo's. Most embroiderers charge about $100.00 for a left chest custom embroidery logo.
