Our corporate office is located in Hicksville, NY and the operating hours are from Monday to Friday: 9a.m to 5 p.m EST . We are closed on weekends and holidays.
Our Privacy Policy:
We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We do not share or give out any customer information gathered while they shop at our online store.
Payment method:
Payment can be made with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Our website uses state-of-the-art encryption technology which means that any personal information such as credit card numbers is encrypted and sent over a secure connection from your computer to our server. You will see a "padlock" symbol in your browser when you are on our checkout page, showing that your connection is secure.
We do not currently accept purchase orders since all orders must be pre-paid.
Sales Tax:
If you live in the state of New York, a completed and signed valid resale permit must be on file to avoid being charged sales tax.
Quality:
All shirts are first quality, we do not carry any seconds or irregulars.
You do not need to set up any special account to buy from us. Furthermore, no minimum order is required. Samples may be purchased at the piece price and are returnable. However shipping charges for samples are not refundable.
Order Process:
If you would like to do any of the following changes, please send an E-mail to bulktshirtsdeal24@gmail.com. Please email us within 24 hours upon placing the order.
* Change or cancel an open order
* Add an item to your order
* Combine open orders to save on shipping
Shipping:
We use standard UPS charges, plus enough to cover boxes, tape and labeling. Our items are shipped from one of our 10 warehouses whichever one closest to you.
Options:
Include Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day shipments.

UPS Ground orders take between 4 to 6 business days till delivery to your door.
We ship only to locations within the U.S. and cannot currently ship to APO/FPO addresses or Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin islands, Hawaii or Alaska.
Bulktshirtsdeal.com cannot be responsible for delayed orders after shipments leave our warehouse.
Please remember to add an additional day for preparation of your order when choosing expedite method of shipping . If you place an order and select Second Day Air shipping, the items will ship within 24 hours and arrive on the second following business day---three business days total. Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Second Day or any other UPS delivery.

Returns:
Return of unwanted merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
A return authorization number will be issued from our customer service department.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number clearly marked on each box.
Absolutely no returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Garments should be inspected prior to decorating.
Please report picking error and manufacturer defects to Bulktshirtsdeal.com within 72 hours of receipt of order.
Inspection of the returned items can take 14-21 business days.
No credit will be given until merchandise is received into our warehouse.
